People can climb above the stands at St James' Park to take in the stunning views as part of a new tour.

Newcastle United have begun rooftop tours of St James' Park.

People take in the views from above the ground's highest stands - the Milburn Stand and Leazes End - with assistance from a specialist tour guide.

The tours will take place four times a day on Saturdays and Sundays, with ten people allowed up on each tour.

Newcastle United are opening up their roof space for a new tour of St James' Park, but you will need a head for heights! The club is allowing those who are brave enough the chance to see Newcastle from the top of the Milburn stand, which is one of the highest points in the city.
