Cleveland Police are trying to identify the body of a man found in a storm well in Middlesbrough.
It was discovered by Northumbrian Water staff last Monday, at their Cargo Fleet site in the town.
Police believe the body has been there for up to three months.

The body of a man has been found in the sea at Bamburgh in Northumberland. Emergency services were called to an area near Stag Rocks on Sunday afternoon. The man was pronounced dead at the scene by paramedics. He is thought to have been in the water for several days.

Police searching for a missing teenager in North Yorkshire have found the body of a man in the River Ouse.
Officers were called to Naburn Marina near York at 1:50pm today, after a member of staff spotted the body in the water.
The man has not yet been formally identified, although the family of missing Jordan Sullivan have been informed of the discovery.
