The home was inspected in April and May last year and again in July. The regulator says improvements have been made since then.
Rosewood Care LLP, which runs the home, has released a statement:

Our last unannounced inspections were passed with flying colours. We
continue to work alongside all the regulatory bodies (CQC, Local Authorities
and PCT) to maintain the highest of standards.

wellbeing is paramount to the ethos of Rosewood Care.
