Police in York are appealing for the public’s help to trace a missing boy from the city.
14-year-old Lewis Ducey has not been seen since 2.30pm on Tuesday 26 March on Woodlea Avenue.
Lewis is white, 5ft 7in tall with a stocky build and short dark brown hair.
Lewis was last seen wearing a grey tracksuit and blue, black and grey Adidas training shoes.
Although his whereabouts are unknown, police believe that Lewis may be in London.
Inspector Charlotte Bloxham, of York Safer Neighbourhood Team, said:
“Lewis if you see or hear this appeal, I strongly urge you to go to the nearest police station so that we can arrange to get you back home to York.
"Your family is very concerned about you and want to know that you are safe and well.
“I am also asking you to contact the police if you can help to locate Lewis. I ask you to do this straight away as we need to make sure that he is not at risk.”
Anyone who can help to locate Lewis Ducey is being asked to contact North Yorkshire Police on 101, select option 1 and pass the information to the Force Control Room.
