A seven year old musical prodigy has been performing at St Nicholas's Cathedral in Newcastle.
Leia Zhu from Whickham was bought her first violin when she was three and a half. She first played to an audience of 2,000 at the North East Last Night of the Proms when she was four.
Today she was playing a 45 minute recital at the Cathedral including pieces by Veracini, Telemann, Vieuxtemps and Wieniawski.

Hundreds of people have attended a memorial service in Newcastle to celebrate the life of PC David Rathband. He was shot and blinded in 2010 and took his own life last month.
He was described as a remarkable man who was loved and admired by many.
