Police are appealing for witnesses after three cars were daubed with paint in Newcastle. It is believed to have happened overnight between the evening of Sunday, December 15, and the morning of Monday, December 16.
Three cars parked at Ninth Avenue and Tenth Avenue in Heaton were damaged.
Purple paint was daubed on the three vehicles, two with a letter 'S' and one with a letter 'T'. Police have described it as mindless and costly damage.
Police are appealing for witnesses after a group of youths threw bricks at a train as it left Seaham Station.
The incidented happened on Saturday June 23rd at the level crossing just outside the station as the 2.18pm train set off for Hexham.
British Transport Police say a group of youths threw objects at the train from a wooded area close to the station.
The driver's front cabin window cracked which meant the train had to be taken out of service when it reached Newcastle.
