A twelve metre long play train will be arriving at Wallington Hall in Northumberland on Saturday 16th June.
Inspiration for the train has come from a photograph in a family album of the Trevelyan family which owned the estate before it was taken over by the National Trust.
The photo shows the opening of the Great Wallington Railway in 1934. The original 100 yards of railway track survived until 1948.
