Police name family who died in crash
Police have named the three members of the same family who died in a collision in County Durham yesterday.
Robert Reed, 75, Natalie Simpson, 18, and 14-month-old Destiny Reed were killed in the head on collision between their car and a lorry.
Margaret Reed, 74, was airlifted to hospital and remains in James Cook hospital in Middlesbrough with serious injuries.
The 42-year-old lorry driver remains in police custody and is being interviewed this afternoon.
