Team of rescuers arrive to help search for Ian Bell
A group of volunteer water search and rescuers have arrived from Derbyshire to help police with the search for missing Ian Bell.
The search now extends from Sunnybrow to Chester-le-Street.
The fire service say they have been overwhelmed by the public response for help and are urging people to take care while on the river bank.
