Liddle praying for Darlo solution

Darlington FC Interim Manager Craig Liddle says the club could be liquidated unless an agreement is reached between administrators and the community group hoping to buy it.

Darlington 1883 has been raising money to bring the Quakers out of administration. But a planned meeting with accountants Taylor Rowlands on Friday has been cancelled, with the group struggling find the necessary funds.

As the future of the club is plunged into further doubt, LIddle says he's clinging to the hope that a resolution can be found.
