The Darlington fans group DFC 1883, which last week rescued Darlington football club, has signed a ground sharing agreement with neighbouring Shildon.
Darlington will use Shildon as its home ground for the next season on a one year lease. The rent will be £25,000 which the group says will include all costs. It had also been looking at Bishop Auckland, but a spokesman says it was felt Shildon would be a better option for the majority of fans.
Fans are campaigning to bring Darlington FC back to its original ground at Feethams.
The administrator of Darlington FC confirms that sale of the club has gone through.
Last May he was celebrating winning the FA Trophy in Wembley. Now he's selling up at a car boot sale.
