Soldiers mother launches legal proceedings against the Ministry of Defence
The mother of a military policeman killed in Iraq in 2003 has launched legal proceedings against the Ministry of Defence.
Pat Long, the mother of Corporal Paul Long from South Tyneside, wants a fresh independent inquiry into the circumstances of his death. He was killed by an Iraqi mob.
