Middlesbrough FC have completed the signing of Argentinian forward Emanuel Ledesma this afternoon.
The 24-year-old has played in England before - after beginning his career as a youth player with Italian Serie A side Genoa, Ledesma enjoyed a successful season’s loan at Queens Park Rangers in 2008-09.
But it was at Walsall, where Ledesma was playing on a short-term contract last season, that he attracted the attention of Tony Mowbray’s scouting team.
Middlesbrough's fifth signing of the season, Ledesma will join the club on a three year contract.
