Northallerton's Joanne Jackson was unable clinch a medal for Team GB in the Women's 4x200m freestyle relay final this evening.
The 25-year-old was one of the four British ladies who finished 5th with a time of 7:52.37 at the Aquatics Centre.
United States won the gold medal, while Australia and France snatched silver and bronze.
