Morpeth Harriers runner Laura Weightman has won a place in the 1500m Olympic final. The 21 year old came seventh in the second semi final, but her personal best time of 4:02:99 was good enough to get her through.
Afterwards she said: "It feels absolutely unbelievable... What a day!"
