Former Newcastle United chief Freddie Fletcher dies
The former Newcastle United chief executive, Freddie Fletcher, has died at the age of 71. The man credited for restoring pride to Newcastle United in the 1990s was diagnosed with asbestos-related cancer in January, and died on Monday night.
