Community hero retires, 21 years after Tyneside riots

It is 21 years this month since rioting broke out in parts of Tyneside. One estate in particular came to symbolise the social unrest: the Meadow Well in North Shields. Since then, Carole Bell has been working to help the people who live there and restore its reputation. Now she is retiring.
