Swimmer Josef Craig, from South Tyneside, just missed out on a Paralympic medal, finishing fourth in his 100m freestyle race.
Craig, who has cerebral palsy and beat Grave's disease last year, was a surprise call-up for these Games as he is only 16 years old.
