Newcastle United boss Alan Pardew has been given a two-match touchline suspension and fined £20,000 after he accepted a Football Association charge of improper conduct.
The Magpies manager was charged by the FA over an incident during his side's 2-1 Premier League win over Tottenham on August 18. Pardew appeared to push assistant referee Peter Kirkrup during the match at St James' Park.
The suspension is effective immediately, meaning he'll miss Newcastle's matches against Everton on Monday 17 September, and Norwich on Saturday 22 September.
