Prime Minister David Cameron has branded burglars 'cowards' after a judge on Teesside said a thief's break-ins took courage.
There was a public backlash after Judge Peter Bowers sparked an outcry during a case at Teesside Crown Court on September 4.
David Cameron has been burgled twice and he called the crime 'hateful'.
