Schoolboy hit by bus in Sunderland
A schoolboy has been airlifted to hospital, after being hit by a bus in Sunderland.
It happened at 3.15pm in Dovedale Road, as pupils were leaving school.
The boy, who has suffered serious injuries,was taken to the Royal Victoria Infirmary in Newcastle.
