Magpies head to Portugal
Newcastle United left the big guns behind this morning as they flew out to Portugal for their next Europa League Challenge.
The Magpies face Maritimo tomorrow evening and it was a youthful squad that boarded the plane to Funchal. Alan Pardew admits he's trying to pull off a balancing act and the likes of Demba Ba and Papiss Cisse have stayed at home with one eye on Sunday's Premier League game at home to Norwich City.
