Breakfast clubs in decline in region's schools
A new survey claims that an important service, which offers free breakfasts for school-children, is in rapid decline.
'Breakfast Clubs' give youngsters food, if their parents can't afford to. Schools have to fund it themselves but many are struggling to raise the cash.
