Mowbray praises Boro performance
Middlesbrough boss Tony Mowbray has praised his team's performance after their 1-0 win over Sunderland in the Capital One Cup last night.
Australian international Scott McDonald scored the only goal of the game at the end of the first-half to put Boro into last eight.
