Redcar MP presses PM on Russian medal
Redcar MP Ian Swales is pressing the Prime Minister over the Ministry of Defence's decision not to allow Russia to award a prestigious medal to a group of World War Two veterans.
The Russian Government wants to award the Ushakov Medal to the so-called Arctic Convoy veterans, one of whom is John Ramsey from Teesside.
