The Bishop of Durham, Rt Rev Justin Welby, is expected to be confirmed today as the next Archbishop of Canterbury.
He would be the first Bishop of Durham to move straight into the top job in the Church of England.
Downing Street have confirmed that there will be an announcement made this morning.
