A special ceremony is being held at St James' Park in Newcastle to award inspirational children from the region for their daily battle to overcome illness and difficulties in their lives.
Last week we featured the story of just one of the nominees for this special award, seven-year-old Lucy White.
The children will be collected in a convoy of limo's, from their homes, bringing the nominees and their families to the ceremony in style.
This year's Brave Heart awards are being presented by Newcastle United's Mike Williamson and Carol Malia.
