Seven charged after football brawl in Leeds

Police have charged seven people with violent disorder after a fight broke out in Leeds Railway Station between Leeds United and Middlesbrough fans.

Several people were injured when bottles and glasses were thrown during the fight on August 18th.

Two men from Bradford have been charged, along with four men aged 22 to 51 from Middlesbrough.

A 22-year-old man from Stockton-on-Tees has been reported for violent disorder in connection with the incident.

A 17-year-old girl from Middlesbrough has also been charged with violent disorder.

All eight will appear at Leeds Magistrates’ Court on December 4.
