If you thought Thanksgiving was just an American thing, you're wrong: a church in Hexham has been celebrating the festival as well.
The wife of the vicar of Trinity Methodist Church is American, as are some of the congregation, so today a special service was held. They sang hymns, read out President Barack Obama's Thanksgiving proclamation - and there was was even pumpkin pie.
