On Around The House at 11.35pm, Durham North MP Kevan Jones explains how admitting he had suffered from depression has given him a new role, campaigning on mental health issues.
A speech he made in the House of Commons in June triggered a huge response.
Now Mr Jones and the Conservative MP Charles Walker, who suffers from OCD (Obsessive Compulsive Disorder), campaign regularly together to raise awareness.
You can see the full interview on Around The House with Gerry Foley, tonight at 11.35pm on ITV 1.
