A 16-year-old boy has been charged with the murder of a father-of-two.
David Scott, 33, from Stanley, County Durham was found with stab wounds in a back lane behind Rose Avenue, Stanley on December 23rd.
Durham Police said the youth would be appearing before magistrates in Peterlee on Thursday.
