Officers investigating a shooting at Seaton Burn have bailed two men who were arrested on Sunday January 6th.
In total eight people - seven men and a 25-year-old woman, have now been bailed.
The arrests followed the shooting of a man in the carpark of the Six Mile Bridge Inn on January 4th.
Enquiries are continuing into the shooting and more addresses are being visited and searched by police officers.
Increased police patrols are also taking place in the area to reassure the local community and appeal for further information.
The police investigation is focusing on internal disputes between criminals in the area and the shooting is not being treated as a random attack.
Anyone with any information in connection with the incident is asked to contact police on 101.
