Police have confirmed that a man's body has been recovered from the River Ouse in York.
Officers were called to near the Millenium Bridge at 3:15pm on Saturday after a member of the public reported seeing a body in the river. The man was recovered from the river with the assistance of North Yorkshire and Fire and Rescue Service.
Police said it's too early to confirm the man's identity.
