Police watchdog rules out investigation over North Yorkshire fatal crash
The Independent Police Complaints Commission has decided not to investigate further, over the death of a man who was hit by a car in North Yorkshire.
27 year old Douglas Robertson died in the crash on January 19th in Stokesley.
North Yorkshire Police had referred themselves to the watchdog because they had received reports of incidents - involving a similar car - earlier the same day.
The IPCC has passed the case back to the North Yorkshire force.
Two teenagers have been charged in connection with the crash.
