A186 Mosley Street (Swanhouse Roundabout) closed, queueing traffic at A167(M) / A186 City Road / Pilgrim Street.
The roundabout has been closed for safety reasons whilst a nearby sign is removed.
Strong winds have been causing problems for drivers across the region.
