The former Bishop of Durham has been confirmed in his new post, as the leader of the Anglican church worldwide.

Justin Welby becomes the one hundred and fifth Archbishop of Canterbury.

So what lessons will the new Archbishop take with him from the North East to his new role?

Archbishop Justin takes office

The Bishop of Durham, Justin Welby, has officially become the Archbishop of Canterbury in a service at St Paul's Cathedral.
