Mayor to propose more cuts
The mayor of Middlesbrough, Ray Mallon, will put forward recommendations for cuts across the town this evening.
They'll be part of £45m in savings the council has to make by 2016.
Previous proposals for Hemlington Library to close are likely to be withdrawn.
