Prints stolen from Newcastle gallery

Police are appealing for help following the theft of two prints from a gallery in Newcastle. It happened at 2.30pm on Tuesday March 19th at the Biscuit Factory.

A man walked into the gallery, pulled the large prints from the wall and ran from the premises before escaping on a push bike.

The prints are each worth £450 and signed by the artist Paul Wright.

The male offender is described as 6' tall, of skinny build and was wearing a black baseball cap with a white logo, a t'shirt or jumper and jeans.
