Mowbray not giving up playoff hope

Middlesbrough boss Tony Mowbray is refusing to rule out his side's chances of qualifying for this season's Championship playoffs.

Boro are now six points adrift of the playoff positions after last nights 0-0 draw at home to Peterborough. But with Middlesbrough facing Hull, Brighton and Nottingham Forest over the next two weeks, Mowbray says they still have a chance.

He said: "If we can win, we are clawing three points back on those teams just above us."
