110 jobs are to go at the SABIC UK Petrochemicals on Teesside. The company currently employs a 700 strong workforce across its Teesside operations.
A fall in demand for its products as a result of the world-wide recession has lead to the major restructuring programme across its operations in Europe. Fifty contractor agency positions are also being lost.
