Geordie popstar Cheryl Cole says Newcastle will always be home.
Speaking to Richard Arnold on ITV Daybreak, the 29 year old former Girls Aloud singer says despite spending the past decade travelling the world, she hasn't forgotten her North East roots.
She says she still turns to her mum for "grounding" and "normality" and is looking forward to celebrating her 30th birthday with friends and family this June.
