Teenager calls on global leaders to encourage more girls to stay in school

A teenager from Sunderland has flown to Washington DC to call for global leaders to tackle poverty by ensuring that more girls stay in school and are educated.

17-year-old David Crone is a youth representative for a children's charity and he joined Pam and Ian in the studio to talk about what he had been up to.
