Weather: Weekend forecast

A fine evening. Mainly dry overnight. Thicker cloud & the risk of drizzle over Pennines areas by dawn. Frost free but breezy.

Disappointing start on Sunday, cloudy and damp in the west. An improving story though. A mainly dry afternoon with some brightness. Warmer highs 15-17C with winds easing.

Bank Holiday Monday looks dry with some decent sunny spells. Winds should be lighter and temperatures even warmer, 19C is possible in the sunshine.

Sunburn risk is moderate. Pollen levels are high in the south, moderate in the north and at the coast.
