The new Chief Constable of North Yorkshire Police has been outlining his priorities on the first day in the his new role.
Dave Jones has refused to rule out the possibility he might close police stations to save money. He also spoke about restoring public confidence after the departure of former boss Grahame Maxwell, who did not have his contract renewed after admitting to gross misconduct.
