Family of Horden shootings victims in London for meeting

A County Durham man whose mother, sister and aunt were shot dead, is meeting a minister today to discuss gun laws.

Susan McGoldrick, Alison Turnbull and her daughter Tanya Turnbull were killed at a house in Horden on New Year's Day last year.

Michael Atheron, who went on to shoot himself, had legally owned guns despite a history of domestic violence.

Bobby Turnbull is meeting the Home Office Minister Damian Green this afternoon to discuss plans to tighten gun laws.
