North Yorkshire Police have issued a statement thanking local people in Eastborough, in Scarborough, for co-operating with investigations after a man was found dead this morning.
"I would like to thank the residents and business owners on Eastborough for their patience and understanding while the road was closed. I am sure they recognise the importance of gathering all of the crucial evidence regarding following this very tragic incident.”
