Biker deaths warning

North Yorkshire Police has warned bikers to take care, because the number of people dying in accidents is growing. So far this year, 11 riders have been killed on the county's roads.

Biker deaths five times higher than this time last year

The number of bikers dying on our roads is going up sharply.

In the North East, 12 motorcyclists have died so far this year. In North Yorkshire, there have been another 11 deaths - five times more than this time last year.

One of the county's most senior policemen has warned bikers to be vigilant.
