The next Bishop of Durham has been announced as Rt Revd Paul Butler.
He will move from his post as Bishop of Southwell and Nottingham in the new year.
He will replace Justin Welby who left to become the Archbishop of Canterbury earlier this year.
The father-of-four said engaging with young people, tackling poverty and increasing the numbers of people who attend church will be his main priorities.
