A public meeting is being held this morning to discuss changes to children's and maternity services at Friarage Hospital in Northallerton.
It's part of a major public consultation taking place over the next two months. The organisations which run the hospital - NHS Hambleton, Richmondshire and Whitby Clinical Commission Group (CCG) and South Tees Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust - say not enough people are using the services.
The meeting is being held at Hambleton Forum in Northallerton from 10:30am to 12pm. The public consultation ends on November 25.
