Two men from Middlesbrough, a 25 and 27 year old, have been arrested on suspicion of violent disorder and assault after a disturbance that ended in the death of a young father.
Benji Bolsenbroek, 23, was wetting his baby's head when he was allegedly assaulted in the Park Hotel in Middlesbrough in the early hours of Sunday morning.
Mr Bolsenbroek later died but it is still not clear how, after post mortem results were inconclusive.
Two men have been released on bail pending further investigation.
